If you work in IFSC shoot around to Ripley Court Hotel i think its called on Talbot st, they do a nice carvery, cheap too!

Gotta be breaded chicken cut into slices, with mayonnaise, lettuce and red onion, maybe some cheese if you want.

Another suggestion, if you like fish, is tuna, mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato.

NEVER ANY BUTTER ON EITHER OF THESE. Well, not for me anyway.
