I was thinking of getting an SY ( A.C.M ) 8870A full metal springer Shotgun, only problem is they come over 400 fps. Can anyone recommend a replacement spring for it please ? Thanks.

If it takes regular AEG springs you could try a M90 or a M95.
A M90 should definitely put it under 1 Joule, a M95 could be over depending on the airsoft device (for example a bearing spring guide and M95 spring put one of my AEGs over 1 Joule).

M90 springs are pretty common, if you'd like a M95 spring they can be got fairly reasonably here

Thanks, but I should have said its smaller than an AEG spring, but I can't find anywhere on the net saying if its 7mm or 9mm spring internal diameter. Doesn't seem to have much info on it anywhere, probably cause its a clone.

Don't know why I did'nt think of this earlier, since its a clone, get a genuine spring.....
