Noticed new information for DTT channels from Maghera transmitter - all channels have a tag Unclassified on Samsung TV - any ideas what this means ?

There appears to be a lot of stuff happening network wide at the moment, based on other posts here. In preparation for the public launch probably.

I'm not sure what it means but I noticed this myself. This is the Samsung LE40C530.

Karsini has done what I should have done - a picture transmitting more info than a 1000 words - apologies for confusion.

The "tag" I was referring to is the new additional information displayed as "Unclassified" - just wondered if this has appeared on other DTT TV's or STB's and what it might refer to ?

At a guess, the EPG lets you select by different categories such as News, Sport, Drama, etc
I would take unclassified to mean just that.

It's about the content of the program being aired, suitable for adults, kids etc.

    See RTE On Screen Classification
