    Hi,

Just a quick question. I'm driving to Seville with girlfriend from Portugal to seville, its only a short 1 hour 30min drive. A holiday with in a holiday sort of thing.

We are looking to stay 2 nights in Seville then drive back to Portugal.

Can anyone recommend a nice hotel in good area of city please & any advice on good things to see & do night/day.

    Thanks in advance.

You should stay in Triana, the old quater of the town, its 5-10 minutes walk across the bridge from sevilla city centre. In triana its close to the river where there is loads of places to eat and drink and its a nice view.

You should visit the real alcazars gardens, and the the la Gilarda, its a nice place in general.

    Thanks Scrappy.

Any advice on a good hotel.

Trip advisor reviews are all over the place for most of the hotels in Seville.

Any personal experiences on here welcomed.

Seville is a Fantanstic city, I drove in there on the blind and then asked a taximan to find me a good hotel, after he found us a great hotel cheap, he then brought us to the best restaurant , then the best pub , then the best nightclub,
Can't remember any of them it was years ago. Enjoy

I stayed in this hotel, a few years back. I found it very central. However, you would have to park a few streets away.

    Stayed here : http://en.hotelbecquer.com/

Nice hotel, nice rooms, in good location, a short walk from city centre, etc., plus rooftop pool in city location :-)

    Couldn't fault it.

Parking is a serious hassle so that will narrow your choice of hotels. If you search on booking.com and apply the parking filter you'll have far fewer hotels to choose from. Should make it easier to pick.
