    I feel so personally attacked and violated. Some one didnt broke into my apt, they didnt steal anything. But they did cut my underware. I feel so attacked, so personally attacked.

    I feel terrible

    Are you sure it was not your flatmate OP? The one who has been causing you trouble? Because it seems strange that someone would just break in to cut up your underwear. Could he have staged a break-in?

    So nobody broke in, and nobody stole anything, but someone cut your underwear.

    Oops I didnt mean to say 'didnt broke in'!! I really dont know what happened.

    The housemate I didnt like has gone thank christ. I asked all my housemates and they all swore they didnt do it. I dont know I think I will just move out

    I would start with changing the locks.
