    Depends on the council. But if it's following straight on from your degree, they often just ask for the details of the course and for you to affirm that your circumstances havent changed. They can ask for all the full details of your income again, but you won't have to offer it immediately.

    hi im with galway city council and when i was starting my postgrad i just told the grant people about it, filled out some red form, showed them proof i was accepted into the course and that was it. as long as your financial situation hasn't changed i doubt you will have to reapply again
