Has anyone ever heard of Cablewatch? They're the only people who will service my new apartment. Their website cablewatch.tv is a bit crap, everything is just linked to a phone number. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with them for both tv and broadband and what they think?

This seems like really good value:

All your favorite channels for only €21.59 per month

With sky all of my favourite channels cost over €100.

I just rang them there and the girl on the phone didn't even know all the details. There seems to be just one guy who knows and he does be out and about all of the time setting it up! Doesn't sound great but it's either that or get a satellite dish and risk being fined!!!

Have a look at the Sky in your apartment offerings. If you own it, get on to the management company about getting a communal dish installed.

Try the satellite forum-there's a thread there about getting satellite tv in apartments and tips on how to hide a dish(make sure you have a line of sight to the South East)
