PRTB Hearing

    A family member (tenant) has a PRTB hearing soon re.non-return of security deposit. The landlord let the property through an agent.

    Who normally attends these hearings? Is legal representation allowed? What is the procedure?

    I know that each decision is decided on the facts, but are there statistics showing the success of tenants in recovering deposits held by landlords?

    Hi just wondering about the outcome? did your family member get deposit back? I am just about to open a case against my landlady.
