    Interesting article in todays FJ about a new design of loader which is mounted on the front or rear 3 point linkage of your tractor.

    At between €2500 and €3500 + VAT, they look like an option for some farmers:

    I really don't see the point of these. As you said an old rear loader would do the same job. It just looks the part fitted on the front! The height is laughable. Bearly able to load the trailer. What was the point of sticking two on it? :D Could a double handler not do this job quicker and faster?

    I do think front linkages could be utilised more here in Ireland. Usually tillage lads and contractors. But a cheap front linkage could be a great job for the livestock farmer too. Save cricks in your the neck. Everything in front of you
