They're usually very good - good prices, fast shipping, the usual.

But if something goes wrong they can be a pain in the ass.
I've spent tens of thousands with them, and only ever had one problem - A 5 pk of Mag brand magazines were faulty, value was about $70 and they wouldnt do anything about it.

So....a true measure of customer service is not how they handle things when things go well, but how they handle things when it goes bad.

Having said that though, its the only problem I've had with them.

yeah most treads and topics ive read say their customer service is an absolute pain if an item is faulty, they want nothing to do with you

whats the story with delivery is different items have different prices or is it based on weight?

Its based on weight, and if your order doesn't contain a gun or launcher, you can choose between UPS or EMS, UPS being a bit more expensive and a bit faster.

If the order contains a gun, you'll be assigned UPS.

If you add stuff to your cart and input your city and country at the cart contents screen you can get a shipping cost before you buy.

i've bought bits and bobs off them and they were ok. With most of the sites in asia you are responsible for sending the goods back for whatever reason. Shipping is a significant cost by the way.
Thats why I will only buy an aeg / pistol off an irish retailer.
before you buy in asia though shop around in ireland. you will be surprised at the value here.

Bought some bits and pieces from them. Bare in mind that if you order over $100 (that's dollars) worth, you will get hit with customs and excise charges. It's a good idea to factor this in before you decide to buy. Sometimes when the shipping costs and excise are factored in, it can be cheaper to buy local.

Check out EVIKE.com I've ordered upgrade parts off them before, no issues and good people to deal with. Shipping wasn't the fastest but I wasn't in a rush so it didn't bother me.
