Clearly there are thousands (or tens of thousands) of people in the country suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, suicidal thoughts, etc. because of personal debt. I am one such person and I have suffered from awful depression as a result of debt. I know I'm not alone, but I'd like to know how other people are…

I think you need to tell us what sort of debt you're in before anyone can give you advice.

How much is your personal debt? How much is your income? and how much money do you spend repaying your debt? Also, what got you into the debt?
