Am I somebody elses dream?

I like to think I am real, this hand I see before me, physically real. My thoughts, they belong to me, it gives me free will, they are onto myself, and I alone. But how do I know this, am I somebody elses a dream somewhere else, in another place, possibly a parallel universe that quantum physics has been suggesting is a reality.

Perhaps, I am a figment of the imagination of a coma patient elsewhere. But I have free will? Well not in my dreams I dont, perhaps this is the case for my potential dreamer, in another place, giving me life in the here and now.

If you could be the figment of the imagination of a coma patient somewhere then it's possible that the coma patient is just a figment of the imagination of another coma victim. And that coma patient could be the figment of the imagination of another coma patient.. And so on.
