Im wondering if i get the grant and say the grant comes late like december/after december is there like a student loan that i can get to cover me until i get the grant and then pay it back when i get the grant

Talk to your local bank manager. but most of htem will do a loan that's has a very short term on it (you'd expect to pay it off as soon as you get the grant).
