PC TV Tuner - Random Numbers as a Guide

I've just installed a TV Tuner Card for my PC. And in general it's working great. I have MediaPortal going and I can find most channels.

However, some channels aren't showing up with their name. I know it's part of the satellite signal that's sent with them, but they're only showing up as five numbers, like 10125 or 12199. And some channels are missing in the installation list, like I can't find Five or BBC 4. This is after tuning in their repsective transponders and the software saying that the channels are already in the list.

Are these numbers like 12199 specific to the particular channel? And is there a way of knowing which channel the number maps to? This would be handy, otherwise I'll have to go through all of them, and run back and forth to the TV to see whats playing and if they match up.

Edit: There's also a few called "Unknown 1404" etc.

It's alright, thanks. I spent an hour or two manually going through them, and they were all Indian type channels.

Turns out the software I was using would only pick up BBC4 while it was broadcasting, so after 7pm. I have it tuned now.
