JSA Casual and Holidays procedure?

I am claiming the JSA at the moment part time while I work 3 days a week. I'm going on holidays in the summer and just wondering what the procedure is?

I know with the normal JSA you have to tell them and you're entitled to claim it for 2 weeks on holiday I think? However, I'm wondering if the procedure is the same for somebody who is only claiming the JSA casually?

The way I work is complicated but in a nutshell I am not entitled to holiday pay so it isn't like I'll be paid holiday money from my employers while I'm away.

I'd be so grateful if someone could help me here because my local office in Galway never answer their phones!
