Hey all,

1-room studio available, located in City Centre South! 475 per month!
(Located @ Synge St. and Harrington St, just off Camden in Dublin. It's less than a 10 min walk to St. Stephen's Green!)

The flat is available for the summer or the year- from the first week of June (flexible) to September 1st, with the option for a full year lease (starting either in June or Sept).

I've lived here for the past 9 months and I've loved the place- please see the pictures and email me (david.ramsay [at] case.edu) or text (086.224.2087) to set up a viewing!

Other Minutiae:
There is a 475 security deposit, and as with most flats the water/heat are included, electricity is extra. There are laundry facilities in the building, recycling is free, and bin tags are required for rubbish.

Also, I'm moving out of the country and I have household items (pots/pans/utensils/dishes/bed linens) that I'm happy to give to whoever rents the flat.
