Hello all,
how do people find magenta direct for purchasing sprays for value for money compared to buying off co-ops?: http://www.magentadirect.ie/products.php?cat=15

Also what did you find good for getting rid of docks & rushes?

Eagle seems very expensive but MCPA is way cheaper and does the same job..any reason why its so dear?

Eagle is does not kill the clover in the sward, MCPA does, also MCPA has been out for a long time so as it goes generic products are on the market with the same active ingredients hence its cheaper, as with all sprays they work on different plants, but however we tried MCPA on docks killed them for the year but came back as bad the next, used eagle and having good results with docks are less every year, MCPA works well enough on rushes and have no problems here

I found that magenta direct awful dear anytime I priced stuff off of them you'd be better off at the local coop you can read the label also and bend yer mans ear!!!:D
