    What the best quality in could get for under this? 15" screen with webcam. I always go for Macs, but a relative asked me to recommend a PC laptop. I was thinking Sony, but I think these are still a little over budget for him.

    great laptop here for £450 + £10 deilivery. core i3, dedicated graphics, dvd writer, 6gb ram. It's 13.3 which is a better size than 15.6 and usually more expensive than that size. nice and portable and for laptop browsing whilst watching tv.

    lenovo is up there for quality with sony and toshiba.
