    do you know a place where to test the car for emissions, similar than they do in NCT.

    Fitzpatricks toyota would have this I think. Would be cheaper to do a retest than pay a garage though.

    did you do the nct and fail on emissions?

    how much did you fail by if so?

    Well the story is that I own Ls400, that I would eventually take to Finland with me.

    It has ntc for next year, but I do not have the results paper, only the sticker in car and the proof of ntc paper, but not the another ntc paper where all the values are.

    So before I actually drive the car to Finland, I would like to be 100% sure that emissions are ok.
