    Hello all

    Quick one for you's

    Do you think it would be better to get a new android phone or a tab such as the galaxys tab vodafone are doing or the xoom in oc world...?

    any advice would be great

    Can't really advice unless you say what you want to do with it. There is quite a difference between the uses of a phone and a tablet. (making call/texts vs mainly internet browsing)

    What do you want it for?

    well i have an optimus one at the moment and i use the internet a good bit on it and play a good few games and watch tv programs on it ..

    i could also use whats app for texting on it

    Well then, you have an android phone. Do you think you would benefit more from a better phone or from a tablet? Whats app and such mightn't work on tablets due to the fact that they may not have a phone number/can't receive texts, etc.

    yeh i really need to look at the pros and cons of phone vs tab .. as far as i know it will work as you have assign the number to whats app when u install it

    But the phone also sends itself a charged sms containing a code that the app extracts itself without user input. Without that, the app may not work. Any wifi only tablet users care to try?
