    Hi,

I was tired yesterday but still went ahead with my run.

Today I feel wrecked. Should I go ahead with my planned run or should I rest and recover?

Not sure why I'm so tired. Took sunday off but maybe needed 2days off.

    Thanks.

Rest and recovery is as important as the actually running. Your feeling wrecked - your bodies telling you to rest - listen to it.

Rest, eat right and go for a bit of a walk if you need to stretch.

    Rest.

    Listen to your body.

    ;)
