    Hi folks,

I was out for a long spin on sunday and over estimated by fitness level and had to crawl home :o. peddle coast peddle coast......
Is this kind of train counter productive? could this damage my muscles and make me weaker? or is all training good?

Lots of reasons why a bike session can end like that, how long were out, how does that compare with your regular spins and what nutrition and hyderdration did you take on board - you may have just bonked.

It takes longer to recover from anyway so you don't progress your training as much as you could.
