    Hi,
What is legal obligation on backing out of a Job offer which you have accepted and signed the offer letter/Contract ? It is unethical to do that, but what if you are offered a better job meanwhile?
    Appreciate any advice.

Talk to a solicitor. However, the courts have a policy against granting specific performance in contracts for employment. Damages would be unlikely as it would be impossible to caculate. However, if you are working in a small industry this could ruin your reputation forever.

    There is no issue whatsoever.
They can only restrict you in taking another job if they will pay you for your time.
There is no need to talk to a solicitor unless you are working at board level.
If a recruitment company has told you that you must take a given job because of a contract ask them to put it in writing and then see a solicitor.
