iPhone not charging via USB/PC

    The PC i always use and always charge my iphone off just stopped working. I've not installed any updates and the PC is working as normal.

    I've tried 3 leads ( Which work on other PC's) but not on my PC.

    As I said it has always worked in the past .... Any ideas ?

    Is the phone being detected by iTunes at all?

    itunes is not installed. It's a work PC. No itunes allowed.

    It vibrates for a second as if it's about to charge then doesn't.

    I just plugged it into a mates PC in the office and it's charging so i know it's not the lead of iphone..

    And as i said it was working !! I checked the device ports when it was connected to my PC and it had one of those yellow "!" but I couldn't delete drivers as I need admin rights !! So i think it might be the problem.....

    Strange how it only started to not work......
