    We've a red 06 car, bright red thats starting to fade badly. Anyone any recommendations to somewhere that can bring it up, t-cut? and wax etc. I don't really have time or energy to do it myself.

    Hi BostonB

    First of all there is no quick fix soluction that i know off :mad:

    you need to was the car first of all and let it dry
    then you need to apply autogym paint renorvator with a cloth and apply it on each panel at a time
    and finally wax your car

    thats the only way i know off and it can take a good few hours so good luck

    T-Cut is good for bringing back the paint, but its tough going and you'll need a lot of elbow grease to do it right.

    Quick tip tho, when wiping off the tcut, use a warm rag, it makes it much easier.

    It depends how far you want to go with it. Any valeting place will give a car a spit polish and it'll probably look OK out of direct light.

    We go a bit further and properly polish the paint. Here's a ten year old BMW which we restored a while ago;

    The OP said he didn't want to do the work himself ... :confused:

    Separate is pretty much the guy to bring the car to IMHO, I machine polished my 75 yesterday as it's going to a new home today at 3. Took me about 4 hours, and the finish was good. But I know if I gave it to Separate, he'd do a much better job than me. Someone who does this sort of thing for a living every day will know all the ins and outs.

    Machine polish. You genuinely won't believe the results.
