Dropped iPhone 3GS. No sign of damage but cannot get any signal since. Phone recognises sim card. Wifi still working. Tried holding home and power but no change. Any ideas on what else I can try. Back to apple for repair?

yeah, defo sounds like the antenna cable has been bumped off, get a small Philips head screw driver and a suction cup and follow a guide off the internet to open it up. once open look for cable no. 7 and reattach it.
