Ok, today I have decided to change my mentality towards gambling with the aim of becoming profitable in the long run.

The idea is that it is feasible to make 20e profit most days of the week whether these be short odd bets or whatever.

Basically I thought it would be interesting to see what bets people think they would go for to make their 20e profit.

To get the ball rolling I would place 50 on Anderlecht to beat Locheren tomorrow at odds of 2/5.

You're becoming a bookie instead of a gambler?

;) To beat the enemy I must become the enemy.

Will you be logging all of your bets in this thread squire? If so, I'll move it over to the logs section.

    Best of luck.

I won't be logging them really I though it could be more of a discussion than anything, just what people would back each day to try and reach the 20e profit.

    But whatever you think yourself.

personally i think your first problem is that your going to back every day just to try win 20e, thats a bit like backing everyday just for the sake of it. Dont back unless you know what you are backing on and if you think its value, you may have to go days and possibly weeks without having a bet but it will prove more profitable in the long run

Sorry should have put that in won't be backing everyday just for the sake of it, this thread, I thought would be interesting to see what people would back on the day they post to make 20e profit.

I agree with Dotsfan - don't chase the money.

One method of tight odds betting I like is the alternative handicaps in rugby or GAA. At the weekend i got Leinster -4, Munster -3 and Donegal -2 all at 4-9

There might be some opps at the weekend with alternative handicaps for Kildare and Laois but wait until later in the week for team news
