Hi,I rang UPC today but I'm not sure I can trust the guy is correct :)

I want to get UPC broadband at home (we have UPC digital tv) but I will be moving to a new house in a couple of months.

Can I bring just the broadband with me.New house already has UPC tv only. Will they charge me a fee?

If broadband is available in the new house, then you can just move the router. If it's the 100Mb you're after, then they'll want to re-wire the cabling to the house. Got mine in today, and they said they are putting new cable in just about every house getting 100Mb.
