EDIT: @mods, can I get this moved to the DIY/Repair sub-thread. Apologies..

    Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has any idea how much I should expect to pay to get a clutch fixed on a 98 Fiesta. I got a mechanic to have a quick look at it on the side of the road and he said the part that feeds fluid to the clutch is gone/leaking and it would cost roughly 400-450. Does that sound right?

Am wondering whether to just bin it or get it fixed up. It just passed the NCT recently.
