    Okay folks, here's my experience.

My car recently failed the NCT on a number of issues, and after reading a number of the threads on here i decided to leave it into Paul (aka Nissan Doctor), in Atlas Drumcondra.

I found him to be extremely knowledgable and professional at his job, and even though he encountered some problems along the way as the under carriage is badly rusted, he never wavered from the job at hand. He strikes me as taking great pride in his work, and isn't happy until the job is completed properly.

I also found their quote for the job extremely reasonable, and i was never charged any extra for the extra labour that was involved. And as a result, the car sailed through the retest.

I cannot recommend Paul and his colleagues enough, and will be doing my business with them in the future.

Should we have a merged/super thread for people to praise places they have had good experience with? Obviously with strict rules to prevent shilling.

Just an idea as I wouldn't mind sharing a very positive experience with Navan Ford's parts & services department too.

Hmm, might take my rustbucket fueloholic Corsa B to Atlas Drumcondra so.

Great to hear and he certainly hives the impression of a knowledgable and straight up guy in his posts on here.

I'd be all for a good garage thread, tightly controlled though as I have had a few good experiences recently.
