I played it a few weeks ago having not played it in 5 years. I thought the greens were excellent and the course was solid. Plenty of room off the tee and nice variation on the back nine. There are a few up and down holes from 4 to 8 but other than that its a good test with a nice clubhouse for a pint and some grub afterwards. If the weather stays fine you'll have a good day.

Our society played there last year.... I won it!!

Lots of trees to get stuck behind so try to keep it on the fairway!
Greens were very good then... fast and true. A nice place... maybe not spectacular but enjoyable. Staff and food was very good. I can recommend the steak! Don't use driver on the second (I think?) unless you can bomb it over the pond/stream onto the green! Nicely framed par 3 (14th?) ... railway on the right and water in front/left.
    Enjoy!

(Note: All of the above were recalled through rose-tinted glasses :D)
