NCT Question

My car was first registerered on 1st of September 2001 and I believe my NCT is due around August this year. I logged onto the NCT website and entered my details and it said "Your vehicle is not eligible for inspection"

Due to the backlog of NCT applications in 2009 I didn't get an NCT slot until October that year. However regardless, my car is due for NCT sometime over the summer/early Autumn this year.

Shouldn't the website be stating my car is eligible or does that only kick in a certain amount of time before your current NCT certificate expires?

For second and subsequent NCTs you can only get it 3 months in advance.
