Hey, i gotta drop a friend into town on tuesday morning, (from the n4) i'm just going straight up the quays to occonnel bridge then straight back out.
Will i have any trouble with roadblocks etc? or is this route still open?

Depends what time, details are on the AA Website http://www.aaireland.ie/AA/AA-Roadwatch/Dublin.aspx
On Tues 17th: From 6am, O’Connell St and Parnell Square will close. • From 11:30am -5pm approx, the N4/Lucan Rd will completely close inbound at the M50, diversions onto the M50 north and southbound. The N4 outbound will be unaffected.

Was alright going into town, The place is on lockdown though, from lucan to the city centre, no bridge or junction is left unguarded.

O'connell street was blocked off, but got up the oconnell bridge no bother.
    Thanks for the link :)
