Public waiting list to see skin specialist?

Ive been having persisted problems with boils and my doctor said she'd arrange for me to see a skin specialist publically. Anyone have any idea how long I may be waiting?

Private, costing €150 literally one day in Kilkenny area. I'd say public will vary from area to area so you'd need to give an idea to people where you are.

Cool! I might even consider going private.

She said it would be in Limerick Regional Hospital.

Call the hospital where the consultant sits, ask for the approximate waiting time before first appointments.

Ok thanks very much! I will try that. Just have to wait for my doctor to confirn that im on the waiting list first
