OK, I was going to buy a 3DS on launch day, but finances meant I had to wait a while (and other then Street Fighter there hasn't been a wave of incredible games anyway) so today I went out to explore

I found this offer in a store called Grainger Games, which has locations all around the North East of England (Newcastle, Durham and Sunderland etc) and they also have a website -http://www.graingergames.co.uk/ - anyway they're selling the 3DS (in Cosmos Black) brand new in store for 148.00 GBP = 169.940 EUR and I haven't seen it anywhere that cheaply

The website, which offers free UK delivery, quotes a price of 165GBP which is still pretty reasonable

GAME.co.uk have the same price quoted, and their stores in the region will price match the console with Grainger anywhere there is a Grainger present (so Newcastle, Sunderland etc) - you also get 4,000 bonus points with your purchase in GAME

Just wanted to pass on the information, if anyone is taking a trip in the next few weeks, might be worth getting a hold of one for a relatively lower price then I believe most Irish stockists are selling them for:D

£6 delivery from their online shop.
Slightly cheaper to get from amazon with that added in.

I suppose so, but in store you're certainly saving a little money. I mean, I don't recommend flying over purposely to buy the console but certainly the opportunity is there if you're in the region anyway or know someone with a UK address
