Anyone On UPC Broadband Having Trouble Accessing Gaydar Chat?

I cannot access Gaydar Chat for the last week or so using my UPC Connection......Yet it works fine with a Meteor Dongle...could someone else on UPC check?

I registered and verified my account but I wasn;t able to chat so I deleted the account so that I could set up another and hope that the chat option would work the second time around but now I cant sent up a second account because you aren't allowed 2 accounts with the same IP address, really annoyed about it. What should I do? Should I contact the site and tell them about what happened and hope they let me make a new account with a chat that works or try to hide my IP address somehow?
