Pheasant and Yorkshire Pudding

    Im roasting a 1kg Pheasant for 2 Macedonians tomorrow(long story). I'm concerned it wont be enough, along with roast potatoes and veg. Would it be a culinary faux pas to do some Yorkshire Puddings as an extra filler?

    If you can do it well, go for it.
    Don't overcook the pheasant!

    I did them two weeks ago with some beef. See below for how they turned out. Ill be feeding Macedonians, who won't know the difference anyway.
