I went too pay my mothers car tax today and I went out too get the insurance disk too see she still had last years one that went out in oct. She can't find her new one. If she rings up the insurances company well they give a new replacment. She's been too dublin loads of times this year and we never noticed it till today. She only found the piece of paper it came on and its not there. Brother replaced the disk holder after he had the nct and its the only thing we can think of is that he has left it in it and trow it in the recycling.

Ring the insurance company and explain - they may require you to sign a lost/stolen declaration and get it stamped by the Guards.
Should be easy to get sorted.
