    Hi folks,

I'm going to remove the door card on the passenger side front door.

Has anyone done it before on a B6 Passat? Any issues or tips?

Hi John. May I suggest you get a few spare clips first because you will prob break a few. Have a look on www.passatworld.com . There is great guides there on stuff like that.

You will get them clips in any VW garage.

That would explain why it is poorly fitted at the top. There seems to be some sort of putty holding it currently. I'll drop in and get some next week before I go at it.

The water drains are blocked up with broken glass and water is gathering in the door.

It was serviced two weeks ago and it was changed.

Mechanic said nothing but in fairness he would if something was wrong. The water is getting blocked at the drain hole in the door due to the bits of glass. No water has entered the car thank god
