Anyone looking for a house share near IADT in Dun Laoghaire for sept?

myself and two others are looking for accomodation up there.
we are starting in scd and the two colleges are close.
It all depends if you have a preference on who you want to share with.
Also id suggest checking daft.ie around august as the student share should be uploaded by then.

That would be so great, thanks! I'm currently looking at places on Daft and that around area, but most don't seem to want students or are extremely over priced...stress of it all haha.



and Rick_M sorry I didn't get back sooner, only clearing out my email inbox now and just saw the email. I don't mind sharing with lads, I get with most people so it wouldn't really bother me.. as long as the place isn't far from the college I'm happy coz I'm doing art so I'll have folders and stuff to carry.

Hey, I'm looking for housing. It will be my first year in IADT, and I haven't got a clue about housing and stuff. I'm in Galway so it is needed if i do get my place.

I'll be looking for a house, too (if I get in!). Anywhere along the 46a wouldn't really bother me, as I've been watching Daft and most of the houses in Dun Laoghaire are really expensive.

Hey everyone, I'm gonna be renting a house near college (IADT) soon, planning on putting a deposit down on somewhere in the next week or so, but will have extra rooms cause the houses i'm looking at are kinda big.
I'm a 3rd year fine art student, and theirs also another fine art student and a film student who'll be living there so far.
We're really laid back, none of us smoke, 2 of us don't drink, so the house would be pretty relaxed, few friends over now and then but nothing mad.
We also have a dog, who'll be outdoors for the most part, but all the house mates can agree together on plans with him! He's lovely and small to medium in size and is the friendliest dog ever.
We're all really nice and fun people who get along with every and we're easy to live with. We're clean and friendly (the dog is too)

I was thinking should someone set up a facebook group for all this threads! because that way it would be easier to talk! Like all about housing in iadt! that way people can get to know eachother aswell! it's just an idea because i believe they did this last year or the year before not sure!

Okay so I logged on at 6am thinking yeah like hell i'm gonna get iadt....and omfg I got it!! So i'm totally up for sharing! Ciara i added you on fb and joined the group! I think if a gang of us can get a house together it would be super awesome!!! Let me know what you guys think.
