CV advice for temp Civil Service job

Hello, I'm a recent graduate (October 2010) applying for Civil Service temp job as a clerical officer. I have worked in a cafe where the CV was literally a list of my education and references. My degreee is in Multimedia so any jobs I've applied for in that area have an industry specific CV and portfolio is really the important thing.

So long story short can anyone point me to a CV template that would suit the civil service job. Don't want to miss out on the interview over a CV layout!

    Thanks a lot,
    JJ.
