Diversion on Parnell Sq East

Parnell Sq East is closed to all traffic, including buses which are diverted along Gardiner St onto O'Connell st. (link.

As usual, DB are handling it professionally. Drivers are talking to an inspector on OCS asking him what route to take and what stops to serve. Others are turning left off Parnell st (against a no left turn sign) and having to beep the inspector and garda to get them out of the way
If the drivers don't know, what hope is there for passengers?

To make matters worse, the inspector is on the radio insisting repeatedly that buses are moving just fine.

Edit: all the bus stops have signs saying that they are out of service. Does anyone know if that is just for today or for the duration of the security arrangements?

Eirigi planning on attempting to occupy gardens of remembrance today at 3. Expected that they won't be allowed to. Presume this is why road is closed.
