No access to iphone on itunes

    I had to get a new hard drive for my laptop and since re-installed ant virus, word etc, also downloaded itunes but when I connect my iphone to it I dont have access to the apps. I cant move them, appears to be a grey colour which does not allow me to move or take them off my phone, have I anyway of solving this ?

    ya can only sync an iphone to 1 itunes at a time, connect the iphone and right click it on the right hand side and click transfer purchases, when thats done, do a sync and it should be back to normal
