Refund Buyer On Paypal

Hey, I recently received money from a buyer using paypal. I now want to refund the money received using paypal. How do i go about this? I see there is a refund button, but when i go into it it says something about no bank account being set up error? I have a credit card set up on paypal, surely paypal will take the money…

No, Paypal won't take the money from your credit card .

You need to have Paypal funds in order to refund the buyer.
