Video card recommendation for Mac Pro

I have a Mac Pro Dual Core Intel Xeon 2.66 GHz - built in 2007. It has an PCIe ATI RadeonX1900 512 MB which is *noisy* and spits out a lot of hot air for what it's doing (not much - machine is primarily used for web development, browsing and music). I'm not a big gamer so don't need anything super powerful though I do output to a 24" screen and watch a fair bit of video - reduced noise is my primary goal.

Any recommendations?

Unfortunately my card wasn't on the list of cards to be replaced. Any suggestions for me? Don't mind forking out...
