Biting Your Nails

    So like me do you bite your fingernails. I have been doing it since childhood. Adult now but still do it when I'm :

    Nervous
    Stressed out
    Anxious
    Angry
    or
    Drunk

    which is pretty much all the time. I find myself getting stressed out these days very easily should I stray from my routine of everyday life.

    (eg) I have to have a shower as soon as I get home, dinner immediately after etc.... I wouldn't be able to go home and not shower, just wouldn't feel right.

    Anyway what I want to know is are there other nail biters out there as bad as me, I am hoping there are worse. I can take the nail over halfway down to the cuticle before it even starts to hurt anymore.

    So nail biters take a look at the attached pic of my nail, just included the 1 and upload your pics if your a nail biter for comparison

    possible ocd or obd I don't know, thoughts ?
