Does anyone know if this operation is still open??

In the most recent of a few orders, I have had a problem in that the replacement parts only lasted a couple of months.

I have sent emails from their website and to the contact email which came with my order confirmation and no reply whatever. Strange way to deal with customer service!!

I didn't hear anything about them closing yet.

Think I saw their advert in the South Tipp free newspaper recently and as it appears to be an owner run business without too many overheads (and probably a decent profit margin) I doubt it has failed.

Try ringing them?

Thanks Brightspark. I haven't tried ringing as I was working on the principle that anybody who operates an online business should be in a position to respond to emails.

Not a great recommendation for them to be honest!

Drawer rollers for a dishwasher.
