Hi folks,

The Boards developers are working hard to improve the look of Boards on mobile phones. To help facilitate this, they've asked all mods to ensure they have no more than three sticky threads atop each forum.

I've merged the European Road Links, Three-Letter Acronym and Index threads together to fulfill this, and I have unstickied the off-topic thread (a link to this and the archive thread are both contained in the charter anyway).
