Low cost counsellors

Hi, I was wondering if there's a service that accomadates for low income earners! I would very much like to talk to a professional counsellor but cannot afford the high costs that some ask. I would be lookinf for someone in the South East. Can anyone help? Thankyou.

Your GP can help. There are counsellors in the Mental Health Services of the HSE too. Check the sticky on how to find a counsellor.
