I have been offered a wpp with an company and a practice and dont know which to choose. Im thinking of going to industry as there will be a better chance of getting a job at the end of my contract and the money would be better vs the practice but would i get more experience with a practice?

If it's a WPP I'd go with the organisation with the greater growth potential.

Bear in mind that the work in either can be very boring - same tasks every month etc. Try to determine what you are expected to do on a day to day basis, also bear in mind that career prospects are almost always better after a spell in practise as you get to look at a number of clients books, not just one company.

You will definitely get more experience in a practice environment.

But it all depends on the quality of the organisation. Large practice or small practice or small business versus multinational.
